The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) firmly believes that every student in Oklahoma has the potential to excel and deserves equitable access to a high-quality public education that fosters deep learning and paves the way for success. Guided by this commitment, OSDE focuses on Oklahoma’s ABCs for excellence: ACHIEVE academic success for every student, BUILD outstanding educators and schools, and CREATE engaged communities. The Southwest CC supports OSDE in achieving four educational priorities:
